Refund Policy of SharedSquare Pizzeria

At SharedSquare Pizzeria, we take great pride in the quality of our products and services. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it with no penalty. If the order is cancelled after 10 minutes but before it has been prepared for dispatch, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. To cancel your order, please call us at +44 20 7946 0958.

Refund Eligibility

For food items that are non-perishable, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Unfortunately, perishable items, such as our pizza and other baked goods, are not eligible for a refund once the order has been completed and handed over to the customer.

In the rare event that your order is incorrect, incomplete or not to your satisfaction, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. If it is determined that the mistake was on our part, we will offer a suitable remedy which may include a partial refund, full refund, or a voucher for a future order.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant photos (in the case of an incorrect or unsatisfactory order). Our team will investigate the matter and respond with the eligibility of the refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days using the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds may only be issued to the same credit/debit card or payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call +44 20 7946 0958.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: WC2E 9HA, United Kingdom, London, 43 Bedford Street, Westminster.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
