'SharedSquare Pizzeria was born out of a simple aspiration: to deliver the real taste of Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi clan established our eatery in 1985, starting modestly as a family-operated shop rooted in age-old family recipes.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza in her journey across Italy, learning from esteemed pizza masters in Naples, the cradle of pizza craftsmanship. On her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of Italian pizza with ancestral techniques and prime ingredients.
Initially a humble 12-seat pizza shop, we have evolved into a cherished community gem. Nonetheless, our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue employing traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and selecting only the most exquisite ingredients.
Still a family-run enterprise, 'SharedSquare Pizzeria is now steered by the second generation of the Bianchi lineage, leading a team filled with zeal. While we've adopted modern advances, at our core, we stay dedicated to serving scrumptious, bona fide pizza that unites our patrons.
